胡國亨先生曾任國際經濟方法學會及《經濟方法學》學術期刊創辦人、香港經濟學社創會主席、香港中國文化研究基金會創會主席、香港高智能學院創辦人及主席、香港政府金融發展局大灣區工作小組成員、香港大學出版社《二十一世紀思想與文化叢書》編輯、香港教育研究中心創辦人、《教育學人》學術期刊創辦人及總編輯、中國蘭州大學客座教授、《天天日報》主席、《公正報》創辦人及主席。現任香港大學香港經濟及商業策略研究所管理委員會主席、香港經濟研究中心董事、《經濟方法學》學術期刊編輯委員會成員、中華文化交流協會副會長。

If I were the treasurer of China
If I were the treasurer of China, I would:
(1) Promote the concept of increasing the Money Supply in step with the increase in Products, Services and Meaningful Economic Activities. Digital currency is even better.
(2) China can control its GDP growth independent of outside situations by increasing its Products and Services. Increase and distribute the New Money to Citizens wisely so that they can afford these Products and Services.
(3) One example of distributing the New Money wisely is to build Infrastructures enabling more citizens to earn the New Money in building such Infrastructures. Diverting water from the high Mountains of Tibet via Pipes to turn the deserts into farmland is another.
(4) Define the Meaningful Economic Activities that will vary with the state of the economy. Encourage the Capable to increase the quality and quantity of these Meaningful Economic Activities.
(5) Increase the Products and Services to enrich the lives of the Chinese Citizens. Eliminate poverty and ensure no citizen falls back into poverty with monitored social benefits.
(6) Produce excess Products and Services, sell them to the Developing Nations.
(7) If they cannot pay, help them to get rich with Currency Swap (Mutual Credits), technology, infrastructures, and knowledge. They do not need to go into debt!
(8) Promote the concept of World as One Entity; plan together, work together, enjoy together and get rich together.
