One question was: How is Super Democracy different from the present Western Democracy?
1. In the past, without Internet, citizens rely on Elected Representatives to represent them to vote on Government Policies.
2. With Internet, Voters can comment and discuss the policies via the discussion forums. They can see comments from other citizens.
3. When appropriate, some policy decisions can be done via Internet Voting. Others can still be decided by Elected Representatives.

Super Democracy
The present Western Democracy has faults that must be corrected. The Western Democracy emphasized one person one vote. It assumes that voters are educated and rational. The multi-party system allows the voters to make a choice. Even if they make a wrong choice, the damage will be limited to 4 years.
The recent 2020 Election in USA showed that the present democratic system could elect someone totally unqualified as President. Donald Trump abused Power. He made USA withdrew from established treaties such as Paris Convention on Climate Change; Nuclear Agreement with Iran; the World Health Organization; etc.
He refused to accept defeat in Election. He incited his supporters (rational?) to besiege Capitol Hill. Western Democracy lost its shrine. Western Democracy already suffered from the Party Politics and lack of efficiency and long term planning. Should its faults be corrected?
Super Democracy tries to correct such faults. Super Democracy uses the Multi-tier power of Internet to:
(1) Allow voters to first express their views via special internet forums; see and comment on the views of others. (First tier)
(2) Politicians or future politicians can express their views in greater depth via the Second tier Internet Forums. That can serve as a training ground and a promotion platform.
(3) Political Parties can gather more supporters who share their political views.
(4) All Voters must pass a basic test to ensure that they understand the fundamental rules in a Democracy. (It is similar to ensuring every driver know the rules of the road.) Politicians must take a more in-depth test to ensure that they are qualified.
(5) The Third tier will be reserved for the candidates competing for important positions or Presidency.
(6) Voters do not need to rely totally on the elected representatives as they can easily vote via the Internet on important issues.

Any system must be appropriate for the actual environment. For a Nation with little Internet access, Internet Forum is not practical.
