One of the biggest concern of the Hong Kong and Chinese Government is - what would happen if the Opposition Parties win the 2021 Legislative Council Election?
What would happen if the Opposition Parties win a majority in that Election and gained control?
What are the steps that can be taken to stop that?
Many in the "Blue Camp" do not want to think about it. They just hope that it will not happen. Is that realistic?

This is an excellent question. I shall give some preliminary thoughts here.
1. With the existing system, this is a real possibility. The general mood is anti-Hong Kong and anti-China Government. If this mood persists, the Opposition Parties are likely to win.
2. It is of the utmost urgency to change that mood. What can be done?
3. Train many (at least 50) politically capable persons as soon as possible.
3a. They must be able to combat the hidden masters of the Color Revolution.
3b. They must be able to present an image that they are capable of executing short and long term plans.
3c. They must have the "globle view" that the problems in Hong Kong are just temporary and is minor in the context of History.
3d. They must be able to present the good side of China to the World in multiple languages and media - especially the use of planning right hand together with the Market force left hand to produce win-win.
3e. They must be able to present logical and plausible solutions to solve the social problems in Hong Kong (housing, disparity of rich and poor, education, uncontrolled freedom of the Press, lack of coherent actions of the Legislative, Executive and Judiciary branches.)

A Semi-government training organization can immediately design the course material and advertise. The material may be improved as time goes on.

I think that most people will agree that talent is most important. With the right talent, almost any human problem can be solved.
The difficulty is - can we locate or train such talent in such a short time (less than 1 year)?
A wishful thinking is that we can locate a genius who can act as Chief Executive and lead Hong Kong out of its problems.
我認為大多數人都會同意 --人才是最重要的。有了合適的人才，幾乎任何人類的問題都可以解決。

1. Artificial Intelligence needs data. Such data includes:
1a. Who are in the Opposition Party? What are their capabilities?
1b. Who are the persons behind the Color Revolution? If we cannot identify the persons, can we list the steps that they are likely to take?
1c. Who will head the "new Political Department"? How fast will that happen?
1d. Can any of the former DIstrict Councillers be trained?
1e. Can any Universty Graduates or youth with interests in politics be trained?
1f. Are there any fast training courses on politics readily available?
1g. What are the other needed resources such as space, money, equipment etc.?
2. With the appropriate data, we still need to do the proper analysis. The action and monitoring plans must come out quickly.
